tamed

I got stress when i got roll of project leader
because this is my first time experience and i got no idea about my project
"management center"
so i have decided to deny my roll and just to wait for help
When my project manager told me " Give me your project plan"
I told him "Nothing I am just waiting for help from co-worker"
Then he told me " I don't care whether you accomplish or not. but you're estimated"
"And then I'll decide your future.. You could not get much bigger pie without Challenging"
I thought I was tamed to passive, not challenging person...
I have to wake up...
I think I can get to my goal.. but I never get it without success of my job, my Roll
