The Return of the King

When I stepped into the company.
I saw someone whom people call king.
He have achieved so many things even he is young.
But one day he had lost his place.
I thought he lost the political game.
But when the world started to change for the better stage, People need a hero
And
The king have returned.

My freind, he is also my co-worker, has got a promotion.
I was sincerily happy with that.
But another co-worker encouraged me saying " Don't mess up. Next year is your time."
Even though I Couldn't get a promotion. I will be juged well if i work hard.
But I saw others didn't think so.
That's why they encouraged me.
Did I think to easy? I don't know..

I am standing in front of hurdle.

It's my first time. so I don't know how to jump and stretch my legs.

But If i don't try nobody makes me stand here.

So I should do.

I am sure.. I couldn't jump over the hurdle at first time but I will stand over the hurdle,

Then I can jump the next hurdle easily.

I got stress when i got roll of project leader
because this is my first time experience and i got no idea about my project
"management center"
so i have decided to deny my roll and just to wait for help
When my project manager told me " Give me your project plan"
I told him "Nothing I am just waiting for help from co-worker"
Then he told me " I don't care whether you accomplish or not. but you're estimated"
"And then I'll decide your future.. You could not get much bigger pie without Challenging"
I thought I was tamed to passive, not challenging person...
I have to wake up...
I think I can get to my goal.. but I never get it without success of my job, my Roll
